You can contact Installer.com support directly from the app to get help or submit feature requests.

Contact support

  1. Click the Installer.com support link in the sidebar.
  2. Alternatively, click the Contact Installer.com support link if it appears.
  3. The "How can we help?" widget opens on the right side of your screen.
  4. To find help articles, use the search bar labeled "Got a question? Start typing here...".
  5. To speak with a support agent, click Chat with Installer.com support. When contacting support via the Pylon AI agent, additional context about your user type, organization, and feature access is automatically provided to the agent.
  6. To suggest new ideas, click Feature Request.
