The Feedback page allows you to review and manage feedback submitted for contractors and services within your organization.

The Feedback page

  • The Feedback page provides a centralized view of all submitted feedback, helping you monitor contractor performance and service quality.
  • Pagination controls allow you to navigate through multiple pages of feedback entries, ensuring you can access all historical data.
  • Clicking on a feedback entry opens a drawer that displays the associated contractor's profile details. This provides quick access to information about the contractor who received the feedback.

Client Feedback Enabled Toggle

In your organization settings, you will find a Client Feedback Enabled toggle.

  • When this toggle is enabled, clients will be able to submit feedback requests for services.
  • If this toggle is disabled, clients will not be able to request feedback, and any existing feedback requests will not be processed.
