Set up a webform partnership

You can create webforms to allow partners to submit orders directly into your Installer.com account.

Create a new webform

  1. Click Webforms in the sidebar under the "OPERATIONS" section. This screenshot shows the "Webforms" section of the Installer.com web applica...
  2. Click Create new form in the top right corner. This screenshot shows the "Webforms" section of the Installer.com application...
  3. Enter a Webform name for your new form.
  4. Select a Workflow from the dropdown menu. This workflow will be applied to orders created through this webform. When setting up a webform partnership, you can select workflow templates from your partner organization. For details, see Set up a workflow.
  5. Select a Default assignee from the dropdown. This assignee, in conjunction with the selected workflow, ensures that orders generated by the webform are automatically and properly routed within your organizational hierarchy upon creation.

The new webform will appear in your Webforms list.

You can also co-brand shared webforms with your partner's logo for a consistent experience.

Note: The Partner Drawer now functions correctly when viewing partner details.
