Manage your installers

You can manage the list of installers who perform jobs for your organization. This includes adding new team members, updating their information, and managing their access.

Manage installers

  • Installer list: View all active and inactive installers associated with your organization.
  • Add new installer: Onboard new team members by providing their essential contact details and assigning them a role.
  • Installer profiles: Update individual installer details, such as contact information, assigned skills, availability, and assign them to a partner group.
  • Deactivate installer: Remove an installer from your active list when they are no longer performing jobs, while retaining their historical data.
