You can enable and customize AI features for your organization, such as the AI Order Parser and AI Offer Parser, to automate tasks and improve efficiency.

Configure AI Order Parser

  1. Navigate to your organization's administrative settings where AI features are managed.
  2. Locate the configuration options for the AI Order Parser.
  3. Enable the AI Order Parser to allow it to automatically process incoming order details, converting unstructured text into structured data.
  4. Adjust any available settings to refine the parser's behavior. This might include defining specific data extraction rules, preferred formats for output, or setting up templates to handle different types of incoming orders efficiently.
  5. Apply your changes to activate the configured AI Order Parser.

Configure AI Offer Parser

The AI Offer Parser allows you to automatically extract line items from uploaded offer documents (e.g., PDFs, images) and convert them into structured offer lines within the system. This streamlines the process of creating offers by reducing manual data entry.

To enable and configure the AI Offer Parser:

  1. Navigate to your organization's administrative settings where AI features are managed.
  2. Locate the configuration options for the AI Offer Parser.
  3. Enable the AI Offer Parser to allow it to automatically process uploaded offer documents.
  4. Adjust any available settings to refine the parser's behavior. This might include defining specific data extraction rules or preferred formats for output.
  5. Apply your changes to activate the configured AI Offer Parser.
