Cancel or reschedule a booking

You can cancel or reschedule bookings from the Bookings overview in Installer.com.

Locate a booking

  1. Click Bookings in the sidebar. This screenshot shows the "Bookings overview" page of the Installer.com web a...
  2. Filter bookings by tag: Click the Tags dropdown and select an option.
  3. Filter bookings by order type: Click the All orders dropdown and select an option.
  4. Navigate the calendar: Click Previous week, Next week, or the date display (e.g., May 2026, week 20) to find your booking. This screenshot shows the "Bookings overview" page of the Installer.com web a...
  5. Open the booking details.

Cancel a booking

  1. On the booking details page, click Cancel booking.
  2. Confirm the cancellation in the dialog.

Reschedule a booking

You can reschedule a booking from the booking details page or directly from a workflow step page.

From the booking details page

  1. On the booking details page, click Reschedule booking.
  2. In the rescheduling dialog, select a new date and time.
  3. Optionally, select a Performing Organization if the booking needs to be handled by a different organization.
  4. Optionally, select an Assignee if the booking needs to be assigned to a specific individual.
  5. Confirm the rescheduling.

From a workflow step page

  1. Navigate to the relevant workflow step page.
  2. Locate the booking information.
  3. Click the Reschedule button.
  4. In the rescheduling dialog, select a new date and time.
  5. Optionally, select a Performing Organization if the booking needs to be handled by a different organization.
  6. Optionally, select an Assignee if the booking needs to be assigned to a specific individual.
  7. Confirm the rescheduling.
