Cancel or reschedule a booking

You can cancel or reschedule bookings from the Bookings overview in Installer.com.
Locate a booking
- Click Bookings in the sidebar.
- Filter bookings by tag: Click the Tags dropdown and select an option.
- Filter bookings by order type: Click the All orders dropdown and select an option.
- Navigate the calendar: Click Previous week, Next week, or the date display (e.g., May 2026, week 20) to find your booking.
- Open the booking details.
Cancel a booking
- On the booking details page, click Cancel booking.
- Confirm the cancellation in the dialog.
Reschedule a booking
You can reschedule a booking from the booking details page or directly from a workflow step page.
From the booking details page
- On the booking details page, click Reschedule booking.
- In the rescheduling dialog, select a new date and time.
- Optionally, select a Performing Organization if the booking needs to be handled by a different organization.
- Optionally, select an Assignee if the booking needs to be assigned to a specific individual.
- Confirm the rescheduling.
From a workflow step page
- Navigate to the relevant workflow step page.
- Locate the booking information.
- Click the Reschedule button.
- In the rescheduling dialog, select a new date and time.
- Optionally, select a Performing Organization if the booking needs to be handled by a different organization.
- Optionally, select an Assignee if the booking needs to be assigned to a specific individual.
- Confirm the rescheduling.
