Use the scheduler

The Scheduler helps you manage and assign jobs (orders) to your team using a calendar-based view.

View the scheduler

Navigate the calendar using the Today button or arrow buttons to view different dates.

View your assignees listed on the left side of the calendar. Note that internal Installer.com and Proptly users are not displayed in the scheduler.

Customer booking time preferences are now visible directly on the scheduler calendar in a standardized and clear format. Available time slots are highlighted in green, while unavailable slots are shown in red, helping you quickly identify preferred time slots.

Prepare orders

Orders that need to be assigned appear in the To schedule section.

  • The To schedule section lists orders awaiting assignment.
  • In the To schedule section, customer booking time preferences, as well as the postcode and city, are displayed on the compact booking cards in a standardized and clear format, allowing you to consider these when assigning orders. To get orders into this section, you must first create them. For details, see Create an order.

Create, edit, and reschedule bookings

The scheduler offers enhanced options for managing bookings. When you create a new booking, edit an existing one, or reschedule a booking directly on the scheduler, a Schedule event dialog appears. Within this dialog, you can now update the performing organization and the order assignee.

  1. Open the Schedule event dialog:
    • To create a new booking, click on an empty time slot on the scheduler.
    • To edit an existing booking, click on the booking event on the scheduler.
    • To reschedule a booking, drag and drop the booking event to a new time slot or click on it to open the dialog and adjust the time.
  2. In the Schedule event dialog, locate the Performing Organization and Assignee fields.
  3. Select the desired performing organization and assignee from the dropdown lists.
  4. Save your changes.
