Edit your company profile and logo

You can update your company's profile information and upload your logo in Installer.com settings.

Edit company profile details

1. Click Settings in the sidebar.
2. Click the Company tab.
3. Edit the Name field. The legal name entered here is used on financial documents like fee invoices and payout statements.
4. Update the company address in the address fields. If your legal entity is based in the US or Canada, ensure you also provide the State/Province for payment setup. Alternatively, click Enter manually to type it in.
5. Select your Language from the dropdowns.
6. Set the Billing Trigger to define when billing is initiated for orders.
7. Toggle Legacy Feedback Enabled to control whether customer rating notifications are sent.
8. Click Save.

Upload your company logo

1. Click the Branding tab.
2. Click Choose File to select your logo image from your device.
3. Click Update branding.
4. Click Save.

Your uploaded company logo will reliably appear in all outgoing emails, including invoices, payment confirmations, refund statements, and new chat message notifications. If a custom sender name is not configured, your organization's name will be used as the sender name for these emails.
