Configure service areas and professions

You can define the geographical areas where your organization operates and specify the professions or services you offer.

Configure service areas

1. Click Settings in the sidebar.
2. Click the Areas tab.
3. Select your primary country or region from the Area of operation dropdown.
4. Toggle Show sub-organization areas to display or hide areas for sub-organizations.
5. Click Set area (or Define service area if you are completing an onboarding task) to save your changes.

Configure professions

1. Click Settings in the sidebar.
2. Click the Professions tab.
3. Use the Search professions... bar to find specific professions.
4. Select the checkboxes next to the professions your organization provides, such as Electrician, Plumber, or HVAC Technician.
5. Click Save to apply your selections.
