You can use various filters and views to efficiently find the jobs you need to manage. This helps you quickly locate specific orders, monitor statuses, and organize your workflow.
Filter your jobs
Click Orders in the sidebar.
Use the Search bar to find jobs by name, ID, customer, or location.
Click Filters to apply additional criteria to your job list.
Use the default views in the left sidebar to filter by status:
All orders — view all jobs in the system.
In progress — see jobs that are currently active.
Company tasks — view all tasks across your organization.
My tasks — see tasks assigned specifically to you.
My unread messages — view jobs with unread messages for you.
All unread messages — view jobs with any unread messages.
Waiting for partner — see jobs awaiting action from a partner.
Waiting for customer — see jobs awaiting customer input.
Bookings / On hold — view scheduled or paused jobs.
Cancelled — see jobs that have been cancelled.
Completed — view jobs that have been finished.
Change your job view
Click Orders in the sidebar.
Select a view option from the left sidebar:
List — displays jobs in a detailed table format.
Map — displays jobs geographically on a map.
