Export payout statements

You can export monthly payout statements and associated invoices from the Payouts section to download financial records for your accounting needs. Please note that non-positive payout runs are now deferred, and per-order payouts are restricted to installers. Additionally, zero-amount payouts with no associated orders are ignored when determining if a monthly payout group is fully paid out. These statements now accurately reflect payouts split per individual payment, especially for orders with multiple payments, and include adjustment credits, providing a more accurate financial overview. Payout statements now use the organization's legal name. Order owners can now see all payouts associated with an order, including those to external actors. Additionally, detailed transaction data (CSV) now includes a description for each payment transfer, offering more context for your financial records.
Export payout statements
- Navigate to Payouts in the sidebar.
- Select the desired month from the available options.
- Locate the export options for the selected month.
- Choose your preferred format:
- PDF — for a summary statement
- CSV — for detailed transaction data
- ZIP — for a collection of all associated invoices
- Click the Export button to download the files.
The selected statements and invoices will download to your device.
