Configure offer choice types
Last updated: July 28, 2026
You can configure offer choice types to give customers options when purchasing products or services. This guide explains how to set up multi-select, single-select, and fixed choice types for your offers.
Configure offer choice types
- Navigate to your Product or Bundle settings.
- Select the offer you wish to edit or create a new one.
- Locate the Choice Type setting within the offer configuration.
- From the dropdown menu, select the desired choice type: Multi-select, Single-select, or Fixed.
- Define the available options for the chosen type, including any associated pricing or details.
- Save your changes to apply the choice type configuration to the offer.
In addition to manually adding offer lines, you can now use AI to parse offer lines directly from uploaded files. This feature streamlines the process of populating offers with multiple items.
Understand choice types
- Multi-select: Allows customers to choose multiple options from a predefined list when selecting an offer.
- Single-select: Allows customers to choose only one option from a predefined list when selecting an offer.
- Fixed: Automatically includes a specific option as part of the offer without requiring customer selection.
The choice type sections will be displayed to the customer in the order they are configured within the offer.
When offer choice types are configured with varying prices for different options, the offer summary may display a price range (e.g., '$10 - $50') to reflect the potential cost variations based on customer selections. Offer lines can be created without a specified payer unit amount, discount unit amount, or installer payout unit amount (i.e., price-less). In such cases, the currency code and platform fee percentage can still be present.
Note: Offer lines can be added manually using the 'Add more offer lines' button, or automatically by parsing uploaded files with AI. The 'Add more offer lines' button now correctly persists after a workflow version is published, ensuring users can continue to add more offer lines as needed.
Note: Offer selection is not locked by lines marked as paid if the payment source is external. This locking behavior only applies if the payment is processed via the platform.
