Generate Grön Teknik grant filings

You can generate grant filings, including Grön Teknik, ROT, and RUT, to report eligible installations for government subsidies. This guide explains how to prepare and export these filings.

Before you begin

  • Ensure all relevant jobs are marked as complete.
  • Verify that products used in these jobs are correctly configured for grant eligibility. For grant-related products, ensure the 'Work type' field is correctly set.
  • Confirm that customer legal ID and property details have been collected via the customer information form. Property references are now configured per country, which may introduce country-specific fields or validation rules for grant filings. These details are crucial for generating accurate grant filings.

Generate Grön Teknik filings

You can download grant filings from the payout overview page, either for monthly statements or individual payouts.

  1. Navigate to the Payouts section in the platform.
  2. On the payout overview page, locate the Download Grants option. This option is available for both monthly statements and individual payouts.
  3. Select the desired reporting period or individual payout.
  4. Choose the appropriate grant filing type (e.g., Grön Teknik, ROT, or RUT).
  5. Click the Download button to generate and download the filing.

The system will provide a downloadable file containing the necessary data for your grant application.
