Archive a completed order

You can archive completed orders to keep your active orders list clean and organized. This process helps you manage your workload by removing finished tasks from your primary view.
Archive a completed order
- Click Orders in the sidebar. This navigates you to the main orders management page, displaying all your current jobs.
- On the Orders page, click the Completed filter button. This action filters the list to show only orders that have been successfully marked as complete. Note that 'Cancelled' is now also available as an order status filter option.
- From the filtered list of completed orders, select the specific order you wish to archive. Clicking on an order opens its detailed view.
- On the individual order's detail page, locate and click the Archive button, or select Archive from any available action menu. This initiates the archiving process for that specific order.
- A confirmation dialog will appear, asking you to confirm your decision. Click Confirm to finalize the archiving action.
Once successfully archived, the order will no longer appear in your Completed orders list, allowing you to focus on active tasks.
