Reassign an order

You can reassign an order to a different team member if the original assignee is unavailable or the workload needs to be balanced.

Reassign an order

  1. Click Orders in the sidebar.

  2. Click a specific order from the list, such as an order with status In progress.

  3. On the job details page, click Change assignee within the Details tab.

  1. Select a team member from the list, such as Installer tester.

  2. Click Update to confirm the change.

The job details page updates to show the new assignee.
