Create a new bundle

You can create bundles to group multiple products or services together, offering them as a single package to your customers.

Create a new bundle

1. Click Product catalog in the sidebar.
2. Click the Bundles tab to view your existing bundles.
3. Click Create new in the center of the page.
4. In the Create bundle modal, fill in the details:
   • Enter a Name for the bundle.
   • Optionally, add a Description.
   • Optionally, add Tags to categorize the bundle.
5. Click Create to save your new bundle.

Configure Bundle Choice Types in Offers

When you add a bundle to an offer, you can define how customers interact with the products or services within that bundle by setting a Choice Type. This allows you to control the selection process for bundled items.

The available Choice Types are:

• Single-select: Customers must choose exactly one item from the bundle.
• Multi-select: Customers can choose one or more items from the bundle.
• Fixed: All items in the bundle are automatically included, and customers cannot make individual selections.

This setting is configured when you are creating or editing an offer that includes the bundle.
