Edit order address and contact details

You can update the installation address and customer contact details for any order directly from its details page.

Edit order details

  1. Click Orders in the sidebar.
  2. Select the order you want to modify from the list.
  3. On the order details page, locate the section containing the installation address and customer contact information.
  4. Locate the Edit button, now displayed as a secondary action within this section, and click it.
  5. Update the necessary address fields, such as Street, City, and Postal Code. If using address autocomplete, ensure you select a suggestion from the dropdown. If no suggestion is selected, an error message will appear. If there are validation errors upon submission, the manual entry fields will automatically expand to allow corrections. Note that structured order addresses will prefill into custom fields if configured.
  6. Update the customer contact information fields, such as Name, Phone, Email, and Legal ID. Note that phone numbers can be viewed and dialed directly from the order details page.
  7. Click Save to apply your changes.

Copy installation address

You can quickly copy the installation address to your clipboard.

  1. On the order details page, locate the installation address section.
  2. Click the Copy (clipboard icon) button next to the installation address to copy it to your clipboard.

Edit Order Title and Reference

You can edit the order title and add or edit an external order reference (ID) for an order. The order reference field is useful for linking orders to external systems.

To edit the order title or reference:

  1. On the order details page, locate the order title section at the top.
  2. Hover over the order title to reveal the Edit (pencil icon) and Copy (clipboard icon) buttons.
  3. Click the Edit icon next to the order title. Note: The edit modal for the order title opens only via this dedicated edit button.
  4. In the edit form, you can update the Order Title and the Order Reference field.
  5. Enter or update the desired information.
  6. Click Save to apply your changes.

To quickly copy the order title:

  1. On the order details page, locate the order title section at the top.
  2. Hover over the order title to reveal the Edit (pencil icon) and Copy (clipboard icon) buttons.
  3. Click the Copy icon to copy the order title to your clipboard.

Note on Installers

When viewing the order details, only installers who are currently assigned to the order or have a pending request will be displayed in the installer section.
