Use Quick Actions on Orders

You can quickly contact customers or retrieve their contact information using quick actions available in the order list.

Use quick actions

Navigate to Orders in the sidebar.
Locate the desired order in the order list table.
Access the quick actions menu for that order.
To email the customer, select the option to Email Customer.
Your default email client will open with the customer's email address pre-filled.
To copy the customer's phone number, select the option to Copy Phone Number.
The customer's phone number is copied to your clipboard.
