Understand activity feed entries
The activity feed displays a historical log of significant events for the order.
- Event type — describes the action, such as "Order has been created", "Assignee changed", "Tag added", "Tag removed", or "Description changed". These labels are now more detailed and richly formatted, especially for notifications, tag updates, and workflow step actions. This includes logging changes to workflow step actors, showing who made the change and the new assignee. Clicking on an activity entry will navigate you directly to its source, such as a specific workflow step, chat message, note, or description.
- Timestamp — indicates when the event occurred.
- Source — shows the user or system responsible for the action. For workflow steps, the performer of the action is now correctly attributed.
