Access Order Rating Notification Settings

You can access notification settings related to customer rating requests for completed orders within your Installer.com account.

By default, a simplified rating request email is sent to the customer when an order is completed, asking them to rate their experience. This email no longer includes specific installer names, and the links are short, trackable URLs.

Access notification settings

1. Click Settings in the sidebar navigation.
2. Click the Notifications tab.
