Filter and search orders
Last updated: July 28, 2026
You can filter and search your orders to quickly locate specific jobs or groups of tasks.
Filter orders
- Click Orders in the sidebar.
- Click Filters to expand the filter options.
Applying filters and search to order lists now offers improved stability and performance. Filter options are now grouped, improving organization and discoverability of specific workflow templates or steps. Filters for workflow template and step deletion dates now function correctly. Booking filters now load and apply faster.
- Select an Order status, such as In Progress or Expired, a Root workflow template, a Workflow version, a Workflow step, Organizations, or filter and sort by Latest Activity or Last chat message. When sorting by Last chat message, you can choose between Newest first (most recent message at the top) or Oldest first (oldest message at the top). The Your Tasks filter now accurately displays tasks assigned directly to your organization, excluding tasks from related organizations in the hierarchy. When you click a filter group chip for the first first time, all options within that group are automatically selected. The count displays have also been improved to show the number of selected items more clearly.
A new default Follow-up view is available, showing pending orders with no activity in the last 5 days. The display of relative date filters has also been improved for better clarity.
Search orders
- Enter keywords into the Search textbox to find orders by name, ID, or Workflow ID. Leading and trailing whitespace is automatically removed from search queries. Search queries in the order list are now preserved when navigating away and back.
Open order details
To view the details of an order, you can now click anywhere on the order row or card in the list. Interactive elements within the row or card, such as buttons or links, will still perform their specific actions when clicked.
