You can decline jobs sent by partners if your organization cannot fulfill them.

Decline a job

1. Click Orders in the sidebar.
2. Select the job you want to decline from the list.
3. Click Job actions.
4. Click Decline.

Provide a reason

1. In the Reject job dialog, select a reason for the rejection from the list, such as Customer is not responding or We don't have capacity, and then click Reject job.
