Reject a partner job

You can reject jobs sent by partners if your organization cannot fulfill them.

Reject a job

1. Click Orders in the sidebar.

2. Select the job you want to reject from the list.

3. Click Job actions.

4. Click Cancel job.

Provide a reason

1. Select a reason for the cancellation from the list, such as Customer is not responding or We don't have capacity.
