Resend client invitations in bulk

You can resend customer invitations for multiple orders at once using the bulk action feature on the Orders dashboard. This sends a new portal link to the selected customers. Note that SMS invitations for customers are only sent when the order owner triggers this action.

Resend customer invitations

1. Click Orders in the sidebar.
2. Select the orders by clicking the checkbox next to each order.
3. Click Send portal links at the bottom of the screen.
4. Click Confirm in the modal dialog to finalize the action.

The system indicates that the portal links have been sent, and the modal closes.
