Use AI to parse order details

You can use the AI order parser to automatically extract and fill in order details from text or images when creating new orders. This feature can be enabled or disabled in your organization's AI settings.

Parse order details with AI

1. Click Orders in the sidebar.

2. Click + Create order.

3. Click the webform input field.

4. Click Fill using AI.

5. In the "Fill using AI" modal, provide order details by either:

   • Pasting text into the Paste order text here text area.
   • Clicking Drop files or click to upload to upload an image or document (1 file, up to 5.2MB).

6. Click Fill with AI.

The AI processes the input and populates the order creation form with extracted information, including standard customer details and custom fields.
