Customize your order page layout

Last updated: July 28, 2026

You can customize the layout of the Order V2 page by reordering and resizing panels to suit your workflow. The left menu on the Order V2 page now automatically opens upon page load, providing immediate access to navigation. To further enhance navigation, 'Previous' and 'Next' buttons have been added to the order detail page, allowing you to easily navigate between orders when viewing them from a list. This includes the newly added 'Order Source' field, which provides information about where an order originated. Additionally, new fields such as 'Customer Legal ID' and 'Property Reference' are now available for display, offering more comprehensive order details. The 'More' panel has been replaced by a 'More' dropdown in the toolbar, which now provides access to separate 'Notifications', 'Events', and 'Activity' panels. Additionally, deep links can now be used to open specific panels and focus on items within them. The workflow timeline now features active step coloring for improved visibility, along with a new display showing 'Opened X days ago' and 'Progress (X/Y)' for workflow steps. The layout also adapts dynamically to different screen widths, ensuring an optimal viewing experience across various devices. Furthermore, a top-level status banner has been re-enabled for terminal order states, providing clear visibility of an order's final status. This includes a 'Deleted' status banner displayed on order detail pages when an order has been deleted. You can now also directly edit the order title, description, and customer information inline on the Order V2 page, streamlining your order management process.

Edit Order Details Inline

The Order V2 page now supports inline editing for key order information, allowing you to quickly update details without navigating away from the page.

  1. Order Title: Click on the order title at the top of the page to activate the inline editor. Make your changes and press Enter or click outside the field to save.
  2. Description: Locate the description panel and click on the description text. An inline editor will appear, allowing you to modify the order's description. Save your changes by clicking outside the field.
  3. Customer Information: Within the customer details panel, you can now click on individual customer fields (e.g., name, email, phone number) to edit them directly. This section also displays a 'last active' badge, indicating when the customer was last active on the platform. For countries with grant support, this includes the new 'Customer Legal ID' and 'Property Reference' fields. Update the information and save your changes.

This new functionality helps you to maintain accurate and up-to-date order records efficiently.

Custom Fields Table

A new custom fields table is now available on order pages in the admin panel. This table displays all custom field values associated with the order. You can view these values and also inline edit them directly from the table, providing a quick and efficient way to manage custom order data.

File Display Layout

The way attached files are displayed on order pages has been updated for an improved and more consistent experience. The previous grid and list view toggle has been removed. Files are now automatically displayed in an optimized layout that adapts to the available space, ensuring clear visibility of all attached documents and media. This automatic layout provides a streamlined view, making it easier to manage and review files without needing to manually switch display modes.
