Customize and save table views

Last updated: July 28, 2026

You can customize your table views to display the information most relevant to your workflow and save your preferred layout.

Reorder table columns

  1. Click and drag a column header to a new position within the table.

  2. Release the column header to drop it.

The column order updates immediately.

Manage column visibility

The 'Customer Email' and 'Customer Phone' columns are no longer available for display in the order list table. To access this information, please use the quick actions. You can also display Workflow versions as a column in the order dashboard. You can also display Active Step Stats as a column. This column shows the number of orders currently at the active step versus the total number of orders in the workflow (e.g., '3/10' means 3 orders are at the active step out of 10 total orders). Additionally, you can now display a Chat column, which includes a button to open the chat panel for a specific order. Additionally, you can now display a Latest Activity column, which shows the most recent activity related to an order. Additionally, you can now display a Current Step action button column, which provides quick access to actions related to the current step of an order. Additionally, the Installer column now shows dispatchee information, including logos and dispatch status (accepted/waiting for acceptance).

  1. Click the Edit table button or Settings icon near the table header.

  2. In the settings panel, select or deselect the checkboxes next to the column names to show or hide them.

  3. Click Apply or Save to update the table view.

Sort orders

You can sort the order list by various criteria. A new sorting option, 'Booking Start Date', is now available. When sorting by 'Booking Start Date', orders without a booking will appear last in the list.

Save your view preferences

Your table and map view preferences are automatically saved for future sessions. The system remembers your last chosen layout, including your customized column order, visibility, and whether you prefer a table or map view. You can also resize columns in the Orders table by dragging the column dividers. These custom widths, up to a maximum of 2000px, will be saved, and the system now ensures content fits within columns and headers truncate correctly for an improved viewing experience. When you save a new custom order list view, the system ensures that the state of any previously selected predefined view remains unchanged. Recent updates have significantly improved the stability and performance of saving and managing these custom views and filters.
