Create a job template

You can create job templates, called workflows, to define the steps and details for common job types.

Create a new workflow

  1. Click Workflows in the sidebar under Operations.

Define template details

  1. Click the orderDescription tab.
  2. Enter a name for the template in the Order name field.
  3. Add a detailed description for the job template in the Description rich text editor.

Define workflow steps

  1. Click the Workflow tab.
  2. Click Add new to add a step.
  3. Enter a name for the step in the Step Name field.
  4. Add a description for the step in the Step Description rich text editor.
  5. Select an Assignee for the step: Operator, Client, or Installer.
  6. Select the roles that can view the step using the Visibility checkboxes.
  7. Select a Step Type from the dropdown menu.
    • Booking Create: This step type allows for the creation of a new booking.
      • Show Installer Select: If enabled, this option allows the user to select an installer during the booking creation process.

Save or publish your template

  1. Click Save draft to save your progress without making the template active.

When duplicating a workflow template, its step groups are now regenerated, ensuring the duplicated template is fully independent.
