Set a deadline on a workflow step

You can set deadlines for individual steps within your workflows to ensure tasks are completed on time.
Set a deadline
- Click Workflows in the sidebar under Operations.
- Click Edit next to the workflow you want to modify.
- Within the workflow editor, select a step and click Due date settings.
- Configure the deadline:
- Enter a number in Due after Days to set a deadline relative to the previous step.
- Toggle Skip weekends to exclude weekends from the calculation.
- Enter Hours and Minutes in Due at Time to specify a time of day.
Note: For bookings, 'active' and 'overdue' deadlines are specifically calculated based on the "Booking Perform", "Inspection Create", and "Installation Create" workflow steps.
