Manage Workflow Settings

Last updated: May 13, 2026

You can customize the behavior and properties of your workflows by adjusting their settings, controlling how they operate and interact with your team.

Access Workflow Settings

  1. Click Workflows in the sidebar.
  2. Click + Create new workflow and complete the initial setup.
  3. From the workflow's detail page, navigate to its Settings section.

Configure Workflow Settings

  • Workflow Name and Description: Provide a clear name and a brief description to identify the workflow's purpose.
  • Status: Toggle the workflow Active or Inactive to control its availability.
  • Triggers: Define the conditions or events that automatically start this workflow.
  • Permissions: Specify which user roles or teams can access and modify this workflow. Different actor roles (Operator, Client, Installer) now have specific permissions and views within workflows, ensuring they only see and interact with relevant information and actions.
  • Notifications: Configure automated alerts for key events within the workflow, such as step completion or deadlines.
