Forward workflow steps to an owner actor

You can configure workflow steps to involve an owner actor, ensuring specific tasks are routed to the designated owner.

Configure owner actor for workflow steps

Access Workflows: Navigate to Workflows in the left-hand navigation panel to manage your organization's workflows.
Edit Workflow: Select an existing workflow from the list and click Edit to open the workflow editor.
Add Actor: Within the workflow editor, locate the Step settings panel and click Add actor to open the "Add actor" modal.
Select Actor Type: In the "Add actor" modal, click the Type dropdown and select Owner from the available options.

After selecting Owner, the workflow step is configured to involve the owner actor as intended.
