Create a new product

You can create new products to manage your service offerings and inventory within Installer.com.
Create a product
- Click Product catalog in the sidebar.
- Click Create new.
- Enter the Product name.
- Provide a Description for the product.
- Enter the Price. The system automatically formats monetary values according to your locale settings.
- Enter the Internal Price (optional). This price is only visible to your organization and can be inherited by offer lines.
- Select a Payment Source (optional). This payment source can be inherited by offer lines.
- Input the SKU (Stock Keeping Unit).
- Select a product Type from the dropdown.
- Toggle Share with installer network to control visibility.
- Toggle Public to determine if the product is publicly visible.
- Click Create.
The new product appears in your product list on the Products page.
