Create a new bundle

A bundle groups several products into one package you can add to an offer in a single step. Bundles live alongside your products in the catalog.

Create the bundle

  1. Click Products in the sidebar.
  2. Click the Bundles tab.
  3. Click Create new.
  4. In Create bundle, fill in the fields:
    • Name. Required.
    • Description. Required.
    • Tags. Optional. Tags categorize the bundle and act as filters when you search.
  5. Click Create.

Add items to the bundle

Each item in a bundle is one slot. Click Add item, then set:

  • Type: Single product or Tags.
  • Quantity: how many of the item the bundle includes.
  • Default product, for a Single product item: the product that fills the slot.
  • Name and Tags, for a Tags item: the label for the slot and the tags a product must carry to fill it.

Drag an item by its handle to change the order. Click the bin icon on an item to remove it.

The Bundles tab

The table lists Name, Description, Tags, item count, Created and Updated. Click a row, or Edit on the row, to open Edit bundle. Delete asks you to confirm and cannot be undone.

How a bundle behaves in an offer

When you add a bundle to an offer, its items become a group of offer lines. The Offer as setting controls what the client can pick from that group:

Option What the client sees
Included Automatically included in the offer.
Customer chooses one The client picks exactly one from the group.
Optional add-on The client can add it if they want.

Click Add to add the bundle as Included. Click the arrow next to Add to pick one of the three options instead. To change it later, open the bundle in the offer and set Offer as.
