Configure pre-complete steps

You can configure workflow steps to be pre-completed, automating certain tasks and streamlining your job processes. Note that pre-complete functionality is not available for confirmation steps (Offer Confirm, Booking Confirm, Dispatching Confirm) as these steps are for acceptance or rejection. This feature allows steps to be marked as complete without manual intervention, affecting the workflow timeline and step status.

Configure pre-completion

  1. Access your workflow settings: Navigate to Settings and select Workflows.
  2. Select the specific workflow you want to edit.
  3. Choose the individual step you wish to configure for pre-completion.
  4. Locate the pre-completion option, such as a toggle or checkbox, and enable it.
  5. Save your changes to apply the pre-completion setting to the step.

Understand workflow impact

  • Timeline acceleration: Pre-completed steps are automatically marked as complete when the workflow reaches them, allowing the workflow to progress without delay.
  • Status update: The status of a pre-completed step will automatically change to Complete as soon as its preceding steps are finished.
  • Visibility: Pre-completed steps will appear as completed in the workflow timeline, providing a clear overview of automated progress.
