Configure Choice workflow steps

The Choice step allows you to introduce conditional logic into your workflows. You can define options that, when selected, inject specific groups of steps into the workflow.

Configure Choice steps

  1. Add a Choice step to your workflow. For details, see Add steps to a workflow.
  2. Define the available choices for the step. Each choice represents a group of steps and is displayed using an OptionCard design, including custom icons for clear visual distinction.
  3. Optionally, enable the Add a choice to skip (opt-out) option. This allows users to bypass the choice step. You can configure its name and description.
  4. Optionally, add questions to the choice step. These questions will be presented to the user when they select a choice and must be answered before proceeding.
  5. For each choice, specify an Injectable Group of steps.
  6. Name the injectable group for clarity.

Use Choice steps

  1. During workflow execution, choices are presented using an OptionCard design, each featuring a custom icon. For choices that represent a group of steps, you can click View steps to see the steps included in that group before making a selection. Select one of the defined choices. Action buttons to confirm your selection and proceed are presented in a shared footer at the bottom of the step page.
  2. The workflow automatically injects the associated steps from the chosen group.
