Manage your product catalog

You can manage all products and services your company offers in the product catalog, enabling efficient order creation and sales.
Access the product catalog
Click Product catalog under Operations in the sidebar.
Product catalog overview
The product catalog page provides tools to manage your offerings:
Products tab: View and manage individual products and services.
Bundles tab: Organize and manage groups of products.
Download CSV: Export your current product list.
CSV Upload: Import products from a CSV file.
Create Product: Add a new product or service to your catalog.
Note: Product prices are hidden for users with the 'Limited' role.
Create a new product
When you click Create Product, a modal appears to define your new offering:
Type: Select if it's a product or service.
Tags: Add keywords for categorization.
Name: Enter the product or service name.
External ID (optional): Add an external identifier.
Share with installer network: Control visibility within your network.
Public: Make the offering publicly accessible, for example, for webforms.
- Internal Price: Set a specific internal price for the product, visible only to owners.
- Payment Source: Define the payment source for the product.
Define pricing overrides for partner groups
You can set specific pricing for a product when it's offered to different partner groups. This allows for flexible pricing strategies based on your partnerships.
- Navigate to the product: Go to the product you wish to modify or create a new one.
- Access Partner Group Overrides: In the product creation/edit modal, locate the section for "Partner Group Overrides".
- Add a new override: Click "Add Partner Group Override".
- Select Partner Group: Choose the specific partner group from the dropdown list.
- Set Override Price: Enter the custom price for this product for the selected partner group.
- Save Changes: Ensure you save the product to apply the pricing overrides.
