You can view and update your organization's core details, legal information, address, and localization settings in your profile.

Manage your organization profile

  1. Click Settings in the sidebar.
  2. The Company tab opens, displaying your organization's profile.

  • Name: Edit your organization's primary name.
  • Legal Information: Update your Organization legal name (optional), Organization registration number, VAT number, and Organization ID (required for payment setup). If the Organization ID is missing, you will be prompted to enter it during the payment setup process. Use Set legal info, Edit manually or Enter manually to input details.
  • Address: View or change your company address. For US/CA legal entities, this includes the State/Province field.
  • Billing address same as company address (optional): Check this box to use your company address for billing.
  • Billing email: Enter the email for billing communications.
  • Owner: The organization owner is a required field. Only an existing owner can transfer ownership to another administrator within the organization.
  • Timezone: Select your operational timezone.
  • Default language: Select the default language for your account from the dropdown menu.
  • Currency (optional): Set your preferred currency.
  • Enabled features: As a parent organization, you can select which features are available to your sub-organizations.
  • Click Save to apply any changes.
