Access your analytics in Insights

Insights holds your organization’s analytics: a set of ready-made reports, plus tools to build your own questions and dashboards.

Open Insights

  1. Select Insights in the left navigation sidebar. The left navigation sidebar, where Insights opens your analytics
  2. All reports opens first. It shows a card for each report, plus a Custom analytics card.
  3. Select a card, or pick a report from the Insights sidebar.

The old /analytics addresses still work. They redirect to Insights.

Ready-made reports

Report What it covers
Orders Order volume, status and conversion across your organization.
Workflows Step KPIs, on-time versus overdue, and workflow throughput.
Bookings Scheduled bookings, completion rates and assignee workload.
Installers Installer performance, ratings and customer feedback.
Revenue Offer conversion, revenue and financial KPIs across orders.
Customers Notification open rates, chat activity, booking availability and the latest feedback from your customers.
Order fields Custom field values and distributions across orders.
Raw orders A full list of orders, ready for detailed filtering and export.

Order fields and Raw orders sit under Advanced in the sidebar. The others sit above it.

If your role also has View on Customer feedback, the sidebar shows Feedback. See Manage feedback.

Build your own

The Advanced section of the sidebar has two ways to make something new:

  • Generate with AI opens installer.com AI. Type a question in plain language and it builds the answer. The page suggests starting questions, such as “How many orders were created per month this year?”. This is a Beta feature.
  • Build yourself opens the query builder. Filter, group, summarize and visualize the analytics tables without writing SQL.

What you save appears in the sidebar under My analytics. Anything shared with your organization appears under Shared analytics. To remove a saved item, hover it, open its menu and select Delete. The item is archived and removed from your analytics.

Select How-to guide at the bottom of the sidebar for the list of tables you can build from and the steps for building, saving and sharing a question.

Every analytics table is filtered to the data you have access to.

If Insights is missing

Insights appears in the left navigation when your role has View on Customer feedback, or when it has View on Analytics and advanced analytics is on your organization’s plan. Both permissions sit in the Insights group. See Change team member roles.

If your role has View on Customer feedback but advanced analytics is not on your plan, Insights opens on Feedback. The reports in the sidebar are blurred out and it reads “Advanced analytics is not on your plan.” A Contact support for access button opens support chat.
