Manage your installers

Installers is your installer network: every installer company you have a partnership with, and the settings that decide how orders reach them. Your own team members live on the Users page instead.

Open your installer network

  1. Select Installers in the sidebar.

If Installers is missing, your role has no access to partnerships.

The page opens on Active installers. The rail beside the list also holds Paused installers, New installer requests and Archived, each with a count.

Find an installer in the list

  • Type in Search installers to match a company.
  • Filter by Tags, Professions and Installation types. On a narrow screen, open the filters from Filters.
  • Sort by completed orders, CSAT score, or when the partnership started.
  • The toggle at the right of the search field switches between List view and Card view.

Each row shows the Company, its Tags, its Professions and installations, its Performance as an acceptance score and a customer satisfaction score, and Orders sent. The map above the list plots the companies the filters match. Selecting a row opens that installer.

Add an installer

You do not create an installer record. An installer company signs up and the two of you agree a partnership.

  • Select Invite installer to email your invite link, or copy the link and send it yourself. They sign up through the link, and you approve the request.
  • Select Find more installers to browse companies you have no partnership with yet. See Find new installers.
  • Requests from companies that found you wait under New installer requests. Open one and select Accept or Reject.

Once the partnership is active, you can dispatch orders to that installer.

Tag an installer

Tags group installers by skill set, certification or priority.

  1. Open the installer, or hover its row in the list.
  2. Select Add tags.
  3. Pick the tags to assign.

You create the tags themselves in Settings, under Tags. See Manage tags.

Auto-dispatch reads these tags. A tag marked as required on a dispatch step rules out every installer that does not carry it. A tag that is not required makes matching installers preferred, so they are offered the order ahead of the rest. When an order carries an order tag whose name matches one of your partnership tags, that tag is added to the order’s installer as a preferred tag.

Set how orders reach an installer

Open the installer and select Settings on the Partner settings card. The drawer holds the partnership status, the available actions, and:

  • Partner price group for products and offers overrides the default product prices and offer amounts for this installer. See Manage partner price groups.
  • Dispatch priority ranks the installer against the others that cover the order’s area. Priority 1 is offered orders first. Select None to rank by score only.
  • Weekly capacity is the maximum number of orders this installer can accept in any rolling 7-day window. Once reached, they are skipped until earlier orders age out. Leave it empty for unlimited.

The installer’s own details are theirs. The page shows the contact person they share and their address, and you cannot edit either.

Pause or end a partnership

Both actions sit in the same Settings drawer, and both notify the installer.

  • Pause stops you sending orders to that installer. The row moves to Paused installers. Resume puts it back.
  • Cancel ends the partnership. The row moves to Archived, and its history stays there. Reinvite sends a fresh request, which the installer has to accept before the partnership is back.

You can add a reason when you pause or cancel.
