Manage team members

The Users page lists everyone in your organization. From there you invite new users, edit a user’s details, and delete a user.

Open the users list

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Select Users under “Organization”.

The table shows each user’s User, Role, Email, Phone, Last login and Created date. Use the search field to find a user by name or email.

Invite a team member

  1. Select Create user.
  2. Search for someone by name or email, or type an email address and select Invite to add an address that is not in the list. You can paste a list of addresses to add several people at once.
  3. Leave Send invite on to email the invitation now. Turn it off to add the users without sending anything.
  4. Select Invite.

Invited users start as Member. Roles come from the teams a user belongs to.

Edit a team member

Select the user’s row to open their details.

  • To send the invitation again, select Resend invite.
  • To record where the user is based, fill in Home address. It is shown on the map at the top of the panel.
  • To set Working days, select the day circles, Mon to Sun.
  • To record what the user installs, answer Does on-site installations?. Answering yes reveals “What is their expertise?” and “What do they install?”.
  • To let the user hold API keys, turn on Allow Access To API Keys under “Permissions”.

Select Save.

You cannot change a role here. Roles and permissions are managed through teams.

Delete a team member

You can delete a user from two places:

  • On the Users page, open the actions menu at the end of the user’s row and select Delete. This deletes the user without asking for confirmation, and fails if anything blocks the deletion.
  • In the user’s details, select Delete user, then confirm.

You cannot delete your own account.

When something blocks the deletion, the user’s details list each blocker so you can resolve it one at a time.

Blocker What to do
User is organization owner Transfer ownership to another user first.
Active orders Reassign the user’s orders that are still In Progress to yourself or to another user.
API keys Create the keys again on your own account, or delete them.
API orders redirection Choose another user to receive orders created through the API, or turn the redirection off.

To transfer ownership, open Settings > Company and change the Owner field. Only the current owner can change it.
