Configure platform fees

As an administrator, you can configure platform fees that apply to transactions processed for your tenants. This includes setting a universal default percentage and defining specific overrides for different payment methods.

Set up platform fees

  1. Navigate to Settings, then select Platform Fees from the administration options.
  2. In the Default fee percentage field, enter the percentage you wish to apply to all transactions. This default will be used unless a specific override is configured.
  3. To define a fee that differs based on the payment method, locate the Method-specific overrides section.
  4. Click Add override and select a Payment method from the dropdown (e.g., Credit Card, Bank Transfer).
  5. Enter the specific Fee percentage for the chosen payment method. This override will take precedence over the default fee for transactions using this method.
  6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for any other payment methods that require a custom fee.
  7. Click Save configuration to apply all your platform fee settings.
