The revamped analytics section provides a comprehensive overview of your organization's performance. It includes:

  • Pre-built Dashboards: Access new pre-built dashboards such as 'Offer Rejections', 'Order Conversion Rate Over Time', 'Chat Reply Time Metrics', the new 'Customer Dashboard', and the 'Organization User Health Snapshot' report, which now features corrected display and new metrics. Workflow-related charts also benefit from improved display and sorting, allowing you to quickly gain insights into critical aspects of your operations. Track the average time it takes for your team to reply to chat messages, helping you optimize communication efficiency.
  • My Insights: Utilize the enhanced 'My Insights' feature to explore core data tables and create custom reports tailored to your specific analytical needs.
