Customize and save table views

You can customize your table views to display the information most relevant to your workflow and save your preferred layout.

Reorder table columns

  1. Click and drag a column header to a new position within the table.

  2. Release the column header to drop it.

The column order updates immediately.

Manage column visibility

You can now display Workflow versions as a column in the order dashboard.

  1. Click the Edit table button or Settings icon near the table header.

  2. In the settings panel, select or deselect the checkboxes next to the column names to show or hide them.

  3. Click Apply or Save to update the table view.

Save your view preferences

Your table and map view preferences are automatically saved for future sessions. The system remembers your last chosen layout, including your customized column order, visibility, and whether you prefer a table or map view.
