Share an order creation link
A webform with public sharing on has its own URL. Share that URL and anyone who opens it can submit an order without signing in. Each submission creates an order on the form’s workflow.
Turn on public sharing
- Select Workflows in the sidebar.
- Open the workflow the form belongs to, then select the Webforms tab.
- Open the form, turn on Sharable in the settings, and select Save.
Without Sharable the Share action is not in the form’s menu, and the Link tab reads This webform isn’t set up for public sharing yet.
Copy the link
- Go back to the Webforms tab.
- Open the actions menu on the form’s row and select Share.
- The Share webform dialog shows the URL. Select Copy.
Share the copied URL by email, by message, or anywhere else you reach your clients and partners.
Copy the link from the create orders page
- Select Create order.
- Select the form you want.
- Open the Link tab and copy the URL shown there.
The tabs along the top, Link included, show on a wide screen. On a narrow one the page opens the manual order form instead.
Embed the form on your own site
Open the Embed tab on the same page. It shows an iframe snippet holding the form’s URL. Copy the snippet and paste it into a page on your site.
What happens when someone submits
The URL carries a token for the form, not its name. Anyone who opens it fills in the form without signing in. Each submission creates an order on the form’s workflow, assigned to the form’s default assignee, and the order shows in your Orders list.
